2026 Vendor Application

This application is for Vendors to request a reservation for a vendor space at the Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair.

Completion of this application is not acceptance as a vendor.

General Information for Potential Vendors

Outdoor Vendors

Outdoor vendor space is priced based on a standard frontage rate of $75 per foot with a standard depth of 10 feet. The total frontage measurement includes awnings, displays, and trailer hitches.

Outdoor vendors will be assigned a specific space and must comply with all space-confinement requirements.

Vendors who participated in the previous year will have the first right of refusal.

Outdoor vendors will receive three Vendor ID badges for use during the fair. These badges will provide access through the Vendor Gate and must be worn at all times while on the fairgrounds.

Additional weekly Vendor ID badges may be purchased for $30 each. Daily passes may be purchased for $5 each.

The Outdoor Vendor Coordinator will issue passes after booth setup is complete.

Food Alley Vendors

Food Alley vendor space is priced by individual unit.

Each Food Alley unit is $650. Each unit is considered an individual vendor space; however, vendors may rent multiple units.

Vendors may not resell or sublease their space without written permission from Fair Management.

Vendors who participated in the previous year will have the first right of refusal.

Food Alley vendors will receive four Vendor ID badges for use during the fair. These badges will provide access through the Vendor Gate and must be worn at all times while on the fairgrounds.

Additional weekly Vendor ID badges may be purchased for $30 each. Daily passes may be purchased for $5 each.

The Outdoor Vendor Coordinator will issue passes after booth setup is complete.

Exhibit Hall Vendors

Exhibit Hall vendor space is priced by individual unit.

Each Exhibit Hall unit is $100. Each unit is considered an individual vendor space; however, vendors may rent multiple units.

Vendors may not resell or sublease their space without written permission from Fair Management.

Vendors who participated in the previous year will have the first right of refusal.

Exhibit Hall vendors will receive two Vendor ID badges for use during the fair. These badges will provide access to the fairgrounds and must be worn at all times while on the grounds.

Additional weekly Vendor ID badges may be purchased for $30 each. Daily passes may be purchased for $5 each.

The Vendor Coordinator will issue passes after booth setup is complete.

Insurance Requirements

Vendors are required to maintain liability insurance for the entire event.

A vendor may provide a Certificate of Insurance, also known as an ACORD certificate, showing the Kiwanis Club of Statesboro, Inc. as an additional insured for $1,000,000 in coverage for the event.

The Certificate of Insurance must specifically state:

Kiwanis Club of Statesboro, Georgia, Inc., DBA Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair, is an additional insured for the event dates of October 19-26, 2026.

The Certificate of Insurance must be received no later than October 1, 2026, and must be sent directly by the vendor’s insurance company or insurance agent.

If the vendor does not provide a Certificate of Insurance, a $75 insurance fee will be added to the vendor’s rental fee.

Deposits, security deposits, and other refundable funds will not be accepted.

Each vendor is responsible for obtaining insurance that covers damage to the vendor’s own equipment, merchandise, and food items.

Additional Rules

Vendors may show family-oriented videos or slides and display appropriate products. The following restrictions apply:

Raffle tickets may not be sold.
Games of chance are prohibited.
Products that promote or glorify illegal substances or illegal activities are prohibited.
Alcohol may not be sold, consumed, or distributed on the fairgrounds.

Additional information and requirements will be provided after the vendor has been accepted.
