Food Vendors
Each year during the Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair, commercial businesses, restaurants, and food retailers are afforded the space, and opportunity to present, and sell their wares, and products to our fair attendees, and community. Likewise, many church groups, school organizations, and other clubs use this opportunity to raise funds for school trips, equipment, or donation to worthwhile charities. Vendor space in Food Alley is based on one-unit space. Food Alley units with access to cooking space are $600.00 and food alley units without access to cooking space are $250.00. Each unit is an individual vendor space, but multiple units may be rented. No vendor can re-sell or sub-lease their space without written permission from fair management. Vendors from previous year will have first right of refusal to return. No alcohol may be sold on the premises. Food Alley Vendors will be supplied with four (4) Vendor ID badges for use during the fair, which will grant access through the Vendors Gate (Gate 3). Vendor ID Badges are to be worn at all times on the grounds. Additional ID badges may be purchased for $30.00 each or day passes may be purchased for $5.00 each. The Chairman of Outdoor Commercial Booths will issue passes when booth setup is complete.
Outdoor vendor space is based on a standard front foot of $55.00 per foot with a standard depth of 10’. Frontage foot includes awnings, displays, and trailer hitches. Outdoor vendors will be assigned a set space (see Space Confinement Requirements below). Vendors from previous year will have first right of refusal to return. Outdoor Vendors will be supplied with three (3) vendor ID badges for use during the fair, which will grant access through the Vendors Gate (Gate 3). Vendor ID Badges are to be worn at all times on the grounds. Additional ID badges may be purchased for $30.00 each or day passes may be purchased for $5.00 each. The Chairman of Outdoor Commercial Booths will issue passes when booth setup is complete.
Commercial Vendors
Indoor Commercial Vendor single booths are $175 rental fee for the week. Spaces are approximately 14 X 7 and include adequate lighting and electricity. Vendors must bring your own table. No painting, stencils or permanent enhancements. Vendor set up is Saturday, October 14th from 9am-5pm and Sunday, October 15th from 2pm-5pm. Removal is Sunday, October 22nd from 2-5.
Vendors are allowed to show a video or slides and display products (family oriented please). However
- No raffle tickets may be sold
- No games of chance allowed
- No promoting or glorifying any illegal substance or product allowed
- No alcohol may be sold or distributed on the fairgrounds
Upon completion of this reservation request/application you will be notified by the Indoor Commercial Display Chairman.
